Once you have a general concept for your event including date and location, Tiki To You will conduct an initial consultation to determine the specific details that will make your event a wild success!
After the consultation, Tiki To You will make recommendations regarding custom drink recipes, wine selections and supply needs based on the size of the event. Next, we will determine appropriate staffing to ensure your bar and beverage expectations are delivered in a seamless and professional manner.
Prior to the event, an on-site consultation will be conducted to ensure all necessary items have been discussed and prepared for adequately.
The Big Day
The day has finally arrived and all the last minute details are coming together perfectly! Although planning events can be stressful and exhausting, sit back and relax once Tiki To You arrives on site. All beverage and bar details have been meticulously planned by our expert team, so all we need from you is a smile and a drink order. By the time your first guest arrives, Tiki To You will be playing your unique music selections, pouring your custom drinks for guests, and setting the stage for the perfect event.
Going Above & Beyond
Although our staff has much experience in recommending adequate supplies to last your entire event, there are times supplies and beverages are left over as extras. In this case, Tiki To You will credit any product that is unopened to your bill. While not all bartending services are willing to go above and beyond, we pride ourselves on treating our clients ethically and like our own friends or family.
